 Purchasing, Sending and Receiving Gift Cards

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

  • Gift cards are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed by Beyond Birth Collective (BBC).

  • NO SHOW for or CANCELLATION LESS THAN 12 HOURS before an appointment that was made with a gift card will be charged at full (100%) value of the service to the respective gift card.

Redeeming Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are only redeemable at Beyond Birth Collective for the amount specified on the gift card, by the expiration date indicated.

  • Except as required by law, gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift cards have no cash value.

  • Any unused balance of the gift card will remain until redeemed or the original expiration date indicated on the gift card, whichever occurs first.

  • If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift card, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of purchase.

  • For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show a valid ID before they can redeem the gift card.

  • Use and redemption of our gift cards are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Cards

  • BBC reserves the right to immediately invalidate gift cards, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback or another form of repudiated payment made towards the gift card.

  • BBC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If a gift card is lost, stolen, or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided.

  • BBC reserves the right to not honor the gift card, if it is reasonably believed that it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions

  • BBC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • BBC is not responsible for emailed gift cards that do not reach their intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Bounced email is not monitored. The receipt of the email cannot be verified. BBC can only verify receipt of the gift card if the recipient of the gift card actually uses the URL enclosed in the email message to access the gift card using an internet browser.

  • Gift cards, and these Terms and Conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of Georgia, without reference to its conflicts of law principles.
